Terms of Service

1. About Keyvant

Keyvant is a property management software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform operated in the United Kingdom. By creating an account and using Keyvant, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use Keyvant. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Keyvant is offered on a subscription basis. Your first 30 days are charged at a reduced introductory rate of £55. After 30 days, your subscription automatically renews at the monthly rate applicable to your chosen tier: • Essential (up to 20 properties): £125/month • Professional (21–50 properties): £175/month • Portfolio (51–100 properties): £275/month After 12 months, Keyvant reserves the right to increase your monthly rate by up to 25%, with 30 days' written notice. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time within a billing cycle.

5. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Keyvant. We process your data solely to provide the service described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any other purpose. Upon cancellation or account closure, you may request a data export within 30 days.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Keyvant only for lawful purposes related to property management. You must not attempt to circumvent security measures, reverse-engineer the platform, upload malicious content, or use the service in any way that could damage Keyvant or other users.

7. Disclaimers

Keyvant provides tools to assist with property management record-keeping and compliance monitoring. The information and guidance within the platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Always seek independent professional advice for legal and financial matters.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keyvant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Our total liability in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
