Keyvant is a property management platform operated in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data you provide to us. For privacy enquiries, contact us at hello@keyvant.co.uk.
We collect the following data when you use Keyvant: • Account information: your name or business name, email address and password (stored securely, encrypted at rest) • Property and portfolio data: addresses, tenants, leases, compliance records and other information you enter • Payment data: billing details processed securely by Stripe — we never store card numbers • Usage data: log-in times, pages visited, and platform usage for security and product improvement
We use your data to: • Provide and operate the Keyvant platform • Send you transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets, billing notifications) • Improve and develop the platform based on usage patterns • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
Your data is stored on servers within the European Economic Area (EEA), hosted by Supabase and Hostinger. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Each user account is completely isolated from other accounts — no one else can access your data. We maintain strict access controls and regular security reviews.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete your data within 90 days unless you request an earlier deletion or export. Some data may be retained longer where required by law (e.g. financial records).
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data • Request deletion of your data • Object to or restrict processing of your data • Receive your data in a portable format • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@keyvant.co.uk. Keyvant uses essential cookies required for the platform to function (session management, authentication). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. By using the platform, you consent to the use of essential cookies.
We use the following trusted processors to deliver the service: • Supabase (database and authentication) — EEA-hosted • Hostinger (web hosting) — EEA-hosted • Stripe (payment processing) — PCI DSS compliant Each processor is bound by data processing agreements compliant with UK GDPR.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of Keyvant after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
